Dear Sponsor/Captain,
The time to register your team for the 2022-2023 season is approaching. For all the teams that have supported our league in the past, it will be a pleasure to have you back-and thank you.  If you are a new team welcome to the QCEDL family!  It will be our pleasure having you on board.
Registrations will be held at Oxley Post, located at 4637 Decatur St. Phila, PA 19136.  For your convenience there will be four (4) registration dates:
Saturday, August 20th from 1-3 p.m.
Thursday, August 25th from 7-9 p.m.
Saturday, August 27th from 1-3 p.m.
Sunday, August 28th from 1-3 p.m.
At registration you need:
  1. Registration form must be filled out neatly and completely using full names.  Incomplete, Nick-Names or Non-legible forms will NOT be accepted.
  2. Sponsor fee-$200.00 for first team and $180.00 each for all additional teams.
  3. Player dues are $45.00 per player. $20.00 of this is required at registration.  The balance of $25.00 will need to be paid off at the pick-up
Teams are allowed to add up to 12 players.  You can play all 12 members on any given night but be aware of the amount of games a player can demand to play per the Rules and By-Laws.
Captain-Pick-up meetings (there will be two) will be held at the Oxley Post, on Tuesday, September 13th and Thursday, September 15th, from 7-9 p.m.
Meeting will start at 7:00.  Immediately following the meeting you will be directed to take care of all monies owed or to just pick up your team packet.
At least one (1) representative from your team (preferably the Captain) must be in attendance by 7:00 p.m., although All members are welcome to attend.
*** Packets will NOT be handed out until after the meeting and all of your team monies are settled ***
League play will start on Tuesday September 20th and Thursday September 22nd.
